  AD VERBUM is specialized for organizing conferences and seminars, offering services for interpretation (simultaneous translation in several languages with available cabins for interpretation), visual acoustic coverage (installation of microphones, headphones, including electronic visual-acoustic systems, such as projector for slides projection, beams, etc.). After completion of each conference or seminar, the agency offers an opportunity for recording the speeches in each language as required, as well as translation, correction and proof reading of the recorded material from the conference or the seminar. The translation agency AD VERBUM offers services of translation and converting of the audio records in a format required by the client, such as printed text or electronic document, within a deadline previously arranged with the client. In addition, the Agency offers interpretation services and simultaneous and consecutive translation out of the Macedonian borders.

Starting from accommodation of the participants in a hotel near the place of event, transport of the participants with a vehicle from any place to the required destination, complete technical and logistical support, such as renting graphoscopes, laptops, beams for projecting, flipcharts, creating banners and similar. Also, full equipment for simultaneous translation, including cabins for the translators, microphones, headphones, sound system, etc. For the same event, AD VERBUM can provide video and audio recording.
